When You Receive Your Order:
Notice: Please inspect your new Berkey upon arrival to see if there’s any damage to the box or system.
Inspect your new Berkey System immediately for shipping damage. File a report with the shipper and take pictures if possible. Make sure all items are included. If you notice any missing items that are listed on your packing slip, please let us know as soon as possible so we can get the manufacturer to ship the missing parts right away.
Read all instructions and manuals that come with your new Berkey before assembly. If you have any problems with the assembly or installation, please call us for help.
Before returning an item, please obtain a Return Authorization number by calling toll free (866) 300-0137 or emailing: info@countrywp.com. Your return will not be accepted without an authorization.
